Adding Ice Prevention Pre-Treatment to your seasonal service:
Ice Prevention Pre-Treatment is a specialized service that involves dispatching a team to winterize your location when a specific ice forecast is predicted, regardless of the standard 3-inch trigger. This is not simply a winterization service for snow forecasts. The forecast must indicate potential freezing conditions, including freezing rain and temperatures below 32 degrees. This service helps prevent ice accumulation on the property and reduces the risk of NYC fines and slippage.
NO Refund during season: November 1st - March 20th.
- Our refund policy is as follows: You can receive a full refund within 7 days (March 21st – October 31st). However, there are no refunds available from November 1st - March 20th for any of the services NYRSR offers, including seasonal or per-event packages.
A 10% discount is available for all seniors over 65, missions, embassies, block associations with bulk enrollments, military veterans, educational institutions, and government agencies. Verifiable proof is required.
MULTI-TENEMENT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
The residential multi-tenement option is a commercial offering available to our customers. With this option, we not only assign your building to our tenement support team and incorporate it into one of our designated routes, but we also prioritize it at a higher level. We understand the unique needs of multi-tenement buildings and take into account the logistical considerations of managing multiple tenants.
Furthermore, we offer the option of consistent pretreatment throughout the entire season. This additional service helps proactively manage snow and ice by applying pretreatment before the snowfall, minimizing accumulation and enhancing the effectiveness of our snow removal efforts.
