Please note that our services are limited to properties with a minimum size of 2000 square feet.

Adding Pre-Treatment to your seasonal service:
This addition to your seasonal package will include pre-treatment and de-icing preparation during the entire season for snow events with inclement weather of freezing and snow. November 1st - March 20th Avoid all liabilities and ensure insurance requirements.
Duration of Season:
November 1st - April 30th
Properties above 2000 Sq. Ft. of space will require additional information and will be discussed with your dispatch manager.
Trigger-Index: 3 Inches
A 48 - 72 window is required for on-boarding. Not guaranteed service on the day-of storms.
Clear-up of snow at property due to storms prior to sign-up not eligible.
NO Refund during season:November 1st - March 20th.
- Our refund policy is as follows: You can receive a full refund within 7 days (March 21st – October 31st). However, there are no refunds available from November 1st - March 20th for any of the services NYRSR offers, including seasonal or per-event packages.
